  1. Hi Angela!

I am a Learning Support Teacher in a school in South Eastern PA. I have been teaching Special Education for over 20 years and I still love it. I am teaching K-2 children. I love sharing ideas.

  5. I love what you have put together for your word study program. I was wondering if you have updated or finihed the plan?

  6. I found your site through pinterest. The outside pin was a picture of b/d reversal packets, but I can't track them down, do you still have? Also do you have a copy of your fluency graph? I would love to start doing this with my intervention students. Thanks! My email is sunshiner07@verizon.net

  7. Hi, I am a fresh-out-of-college graduate! :) I have my SPED (EC-12) and generalist (EC-6) certification, and I want to work in Special Education. However, I want to have a SPED portfolio to take on interviews with me. I don't know what to include in this.... My generalist portfolio is complete. What all should I include in a SpEd portfolio? Do you have any suggestions?

Your Response will be Very Appreciated! :)

  8. I have been teaching in a K/1 Self contained class that includes students who have specific learning disabilities, autism and emotional and behavioral challenges for ten years. I know my administrators are impressed by behavior management and multi sensory activities. Good luck.

  9. I am a Title I teacher from WI and find many of your teaching resources very useful to my students. I noticed in your weekly assessments you do a cold comprehension read. I am wondering where you found this assessment piece. I would so appreciate it if you would share this information. Keep the great ideas coming. Again, they are so useful to not only your students, but all struggling readers and writers.
